I'm guessing that if your raise on the turn was pot-sized ($20) he probably would have abandoned his draw. He practically told you that he was drawing, so you need to set the price for that next card. If you were still sure you had the lead on the turn, I see no reason to not make a pot sized bet just like you did on the flop.
