As per the topic, but this is VERY situational.

LIVE 75$ MTT top FOUR places play. We have been 5 handed for a long time, and there have been way to many all in survivals. Blinds are brutial.

I have been fighting the short stack all day. This shorthanded play hasn't helped.

There were a lot of interesting hands in this FT. I had 2 players ask me why/how I played the hand this way. The blinds are so high because everyone is just staying alive... What is your move?

I ask for counts. I know I have a modest hand, but I have both seat 2 and seat 3 covered. My equity in the pot may or may not be worth the call, but if we can eliminate seat 2 at least we are in the money. The best player has the chip lead so I'm going to have to get some chips now for any shot at first. It is easier to take someone out 2 on 1 so this is an easy call.

The preflop action is confusing me, if the BB can only make 4,500 allin, and your SB is 5000, then surely the flat call is only for 5k not 10k.

Yes. When this situation occurs Online then the BB becomes whatever the largest bet is, which in this case is the 5k that the SB put in.

Well played. The seat 3 guy is a super donk for going all in on the flop when he could just have checked down his QJ overcards and had a better chance to get passed the bubble with minimal loss.

well not to burst ur bubble.. u were in a blind and got lucky that happens and u were put in a good position .. but fot he person that said fold flop .. that makes nooooooo sense.. im sry but if u fold to a bet les sthan the small blind ur out of line.. i know ur low stacked BUT UR DESPERATE U R LOW STACKED up and down straight draw might be the best hand u see in another 20.. and u probably couldn't last that long w/o 2-3 double ups

Yes, normally when I'm HU in these 50 man tournies we are only 3k/6k. It is a live match so they let the blinds go up very quickly.
