1) Of course you call.
2) If he's bothering you - report him. I don't know of any casino which allows you to tell people what cards you have. (Although honest retards generally are not one of my big concerns).

Call, especially against the maniac. The maniac will make plays like that all the time with any two cards, and your the favorite with AKo most likely. Plus, you have a good chance to knock him out from the tourney which is always nice. You just got unlucky against his J8o, you were the 2 to 1 favorite...
