    Generally when I hit top pair on a raggy flop, I will push.

    Shortstacked this is not a bad move since your opponent likely missed the flop, and might even call with overcards. Any bet you throw in here would leave you pretty committed, so you might as well go all-in here expecting your opponent to fold his hand.
