I think there has to be a better way for u to play this hand. Although im not too sure wat it is.

If you choose to play this hand.
I think ur bet on the flop is too small. The pot is at 150, put in 80 chips. To price the flush draw. Does AQ flat call, maybe, it could also reraise, which I think is more liekly. Maybe something like 60 for reraising if he has AQ and 40 for flat calling. KQ probably flat calls here.

On the turn the next Q comes out.
You bet it becuase you might have the best hand, and again you get flat called. This has to give u a warning bell. AQ wouldve flat called becuase he just top trips top kicker. KQ still has u beat.

    On the river.
I dont think theres any point in betting.
AQ has u beat and isnt folding and is probably trying to get all of his chips in right now
KQ has had u beat all the way down, and isnt folding, and is probably tryping to get all of his chips in right now.
Your not folding out any crappier queens.
I dont think ur making any extra money here with a bet, espeically with 2 flat calls coming in.

    My quesiton here is
Does betting here make u more money on the river?
If you bet, you lose a shit load to AQ KQ, full houses, and make that bet when crappier Qs call.
If you check/call, you lose one bet to AQ KQ, full houses, and make that bet when crappier Qs bet.
If you check and the villian checks behind. You dont make one bet, but u also dont lose a bet.

Yes i understand that bets vary, but pretend u bet or call the same size bet each time, otherwise thinking about it would be impossible.

Flop - I agree that betting 100-200 will make much more sense
The smooth call on the river made me worry a bit
The river - I think my bet was too agressive, I dont like checking the river after being agressive all the way, but betting te same as the turn would accomplish the same
