i don't have enough chips to raise for info, and a bet and a call makes me think at least one of them has KQ or QJ.

The call then check fold the raggy flop looks funny to me. If you are sure he doesn't have AKs, then I guess fold pre-flop. I'm not quite sure he doesn't play AK the same way... but not sure how much I am willing to bet into that flop.

2nd hand would be very thin to call or raise. Not quite desperate enough to push it either.

He won't make that preflop raise with AKs very frequently. AKs'eds don't like to ease you into a huge pot.

on hand 1 i think you should have made a bet on the flop, he could have done the same thing with AK, because it is a weak flop. If he raised you i'd fold. I'm not sure why you'd call the reraise and then check/fold the flop.
