The vast majority of SnGs you play you will see the whole table playing tight for the first few rounds of blinds. I personally do not loosen up in the beginning of SnGs because it will contrast with the tables play style. Others might advocate doing so, but i think you're best off in single table SnGs to just hang out, wait for hands, and play them aggresively when you have them until the blinds start to become significant enough. Whats the point of raising big from the button to steal 75 chips with Q8 suited? Sure the blinds will fold 90% of the time and you take those chips, but 1 time in 10 you run into a good hand and just get re raised and have your bet chopped off. Tight is right in the beggining, loosen up when the time is right.
