reg Sng results Turbo sng hh .... comments

This is my first turbo. my strategy is to play tight early then get aggr in later stages. this lasted about 35 minutes, which i like. i may consider playing more of these in future.
as an additional note i've yet to win a regular sng and decided to play this turbo after coming in second for the fourth time in a regular 5.50. heads up needs work.

Pretty much everything looks pretty standard except for a mistake here and there (mostly when you got to heads up), good game. Turbo's are fun for working on your LAG skills, its like you're on the bubble after the first 5 minutes. The only real glaring mistake i see here after a quick skim through is

If you get called bluffing with absolute junk (not even bottom pair or a gutshot or anything) , you have to let that go here for sure. You also bet 600 into a 200 pot with nothing. Your bluff would have about the same fold equity if you just bet 200 or 225 instead of a full 600.

Also min-raising pre flop when its heads up acomplishes very little(especially since you're doing it mostly with crap cardS). It takes a super weak hand to fold from the big blind heads up getting 3:1 on his call. 35o and 97o are crappy, you're just asking for a call and they are probably not the best hands. If you're trying to steal the blind make it 2.5 or 3x BB so he doesn't get to make an easy call.

I got caught bluffiing and just didn't want to let him know it... i should've let it go there and save the chips bonehead play... knew it when i made it.
the min-raise... i had been aggr to this point and didnt want to put in a 3xbb raise again with this hand... if he came over the top, i would just let it go... if he just called, i'd try to take it on th flop or he might've folded (it has happened) and i take it there... but generally i dont min raise

these guys were short stacked and were try to see flops on the cheap. i had seen 12UC limp and fold to raises several times. i was 2nd stack, big stack had folded, the remaining players had all gone into lock down tryin to survive and catch that one big hand.

I dont like the overbet because when you get called, your beaten. That doesn't make up for all the times you take the pot on the flop.

yeah not liking your kicker is a pretty weird reason to over bet. Make a bet that CAN be called by middle pair. Why wouldn't you want him to call with middle pair? I mean, make a bet where it's a mistake to call with something like QJ (2/3 to full PS fine).
