I think the only legit hand you are beating is 1010. There is also a possibility of a bluff with a big ace here. What is your image at the table? If it's loose/aggressive, he might think your reraise on the flop is you making a play at him and push with AK or AQ or even a small pair. This is less likely with a tight opponent, and if you haven't been playing like a maniac (showing down solid hands, not raising preflop raiser whenever rags flop, etc.). QQ-AA have you crushed, and I would say he has QQ or KK really often here (sort of scared of giving a free card -- wants to take it down now and doesn't mind a call). If you have a real loose/aggressive table image, though, it might be a call. If you have a solid image, he thinks you like your hand a lot (because of the flop raise) but his allin says he likes his more (I don't think he expects a fold here). His range would be QQ, KK, AA and 1010 from most to least likely, I think. Good, tough fold. Overpairs are really hard to lay down on flops like these.
