Another 400 on the turn. If he pushes fold. If he calls, 300 on the river to try and block.

i call, and then i check call the turn if another club doesnt show up.

I'd have bet 250 (pot's 395) on the flop giving bad odds for the flush draw, then lead out another 300 on the turn - if called on the turn, check/call mode unless the opps' river bet is too expensive.....

Your pot-size flop bet made the pot so big it becomes too expensive to continuation bet the turn.

I'd say you were looking at AQ, possibly with the Ace of clubs. That said, and given the action to the turn, I'd call the opp's 300 turn bet and hope for no clubs and a cheap showdown on the river.
