Assuming you're still playing where I think you're playing, this might have been better in the high stakes forum - I think it's less likely everyone would just assume you got sucked out on there. Also, mentioning why you thought it a difficult decision in the post might prompt different responses.
For my part, it depends a bit on how aggro punz has been, especially preflop. In a shorthanded game, I'd expect a raise from typical players holding TT or AT. While I could see a slowplayed AA here, and 44 would play it the same, I think both are pretty unlikely, since you'd have all four cards out in such a small distribution. So ultimately, I'm not that worried about his hand at the point that he makes his move. Honestly, I'd put him on a flush draw at that point, though a weaker hand protecting from the flush draw does also make sense.
