Default MAN!!! BULLCRAP I TELL YOU !!!!! BULLCRAP!!!!!!!!!

Have any of u ever had a connection problem during a big hand - I have DSL and is pretty much the only time I have ever been disconnected online where it doesnt come back up in 2 seconds - I was on final 3 at 2 of these too. Ended up getting it back after about 4 hands passed on each one and got 2nd in this one and 1st in the other - and the other actually blew my entire chipstack and had me all in on my BB where i tripled up - reconnected - and ended up beating both of them with hardly any chips lol.

lol yeah I guess its possible - that reminds me of a misdeal that was at my table at borgata where I guy got his first card and the dealer tossed his second which was an ace but it flipped over and he was bitchin hardcore that he wanted to keep it cause he had another one - the dealer wouldnt let him and a dude was like chill that could saved u some money you never know. Turns out there were 2 other pairs in there and one flopped trips and rivered quads and probably woulda cost him a lot of money - he then tipped the dealer for the misdeal lol.

Yep, been there...though it was my flakey wireless responsible, not flakey internet. Lately I've started stringing an ethernet cable across my living room when I'm playing.
    I run a training site...

    himself fucker.
You would have lost the hand and tilted more, probably flailed about and reinjuired your leg or something. Count your internet disconnect blessings.

I was 5th in a single table. Lost my connection - internet was ok but connection to poker was lost. Got my connection back about 2 minutes later, nobody else had been disconnected. Was in 4th. Got pocket 7's and tried a semi-bluff, got called and lost, came 4th. Emailed the poker website saying I had got disconnected then came 4th due to this, and they refunded my tournament entry fee without argument

Here's a stupid disconnect story. I was playing here in my office (after hours, of course). I had decided to try the old "tape over your cards and play blind" thing. From the cutoff I raised with god-knows-what, with just one limper ahead of me. Both blinds and the limper called my raise. The flop came down 2-3-4 rainbow. Two players checked. I was gearing up for the continuation bet... when the network went into 5 minutes of scheduled down time. Oh noes!

When the connection came back up, somehow my stack had increased. Wha? I bounced out of the tourney a while later and requested the hand history, out of curiosity. Turns out I had raised with 5s 6s and flopped the nut straight, and the other three guys checked it down... and had a good laugh at my expense when I also checked it down and made nothing on my straight.

Empire poker has done that to me a few times though it usually comes back up within about 10 seconds or so but all 4 tables pop up "establishing connection" while im surfin the internet at the same time.
