    Default SnG Tracker

Anyone know of a free SnG tracking program that works with Poker Stars? I downloaded SNG Tracker, but when I try to import my histories into the program it says "no hand history present in file"
Stakes Currently Played: $0.01/$0.02 NL, $1.50+$o.25 Turbo SnG, and $2-$3 MTTs
Short Term Goal: Build my BR to $200 and move to $0.05/$0.10 stakes
    Long term Goal:WSoP
My mantra: Stay tight, be patient, make a good hand and drop the hammer.

just go to data > manual entry in the menu.

Manual entry takes all the fun (and efficency) out. I also would love a program like this but I am yet to see one. The one posted in the sticky is only for Party, but their site says they will be making auto import for other sites soon as well.

Have you tried looking at the spreadsheet? That has a ton of features and maybe what you're looking for. If you know a little about Excel then you can modify it also.

Yeah I have, and I have worked with it some and even made one of my own. Too many small things that are a bitch to edit in...I figure it would be a good excuse to work on my coding skills.

I know you were looking for a free program but PokerTracker is well worth the $55 I spent on it several months ago. The importing is ultra easy and it gives you a ton of info. I love the summaries of games played ITM%, ROI and many many more. It even has a built in player that can recreate any hand.

I was nervous about laying down the investment but am so glad I did.

im just looking for something that will tell me how much money i've won or lost for each of the different Sit-n-Go types. Ive saved all of my hand historys since ive started but i dont know which games im really winning at and which im just breaking even. Does poker tracker tell you this?

    In a word, yes.

The main summary page of the app shows you a breakdown which is a little bit like...

    $5 NL - Party - Paid $500 - Won $575 - ROI +15%

It then breaks down your hands by game into rounds (eg 10/15, 75/150 etc) to show you whether you make or lose chips at each stage of the tourney etc etc.

    Fantastic program.

I find it a little bit of a pain in the arse to import my tourney histories cos i have to do it semi-manually, but i think it's a Gmail problem, rather than pokertracker.

slightly off topic but is there an easy way to get bodog SnG data into pokertracker?

Re: bodog... I haven't found a way to get it into PT yet, but I use SNG tracker as well, and am finding lately that (for SNG's at least) I rarely use Pokertracker for the advanced features PT offers over SNG tracker. I care mostly about tracking ROI and ITM by site and entry fees and SNG Tracker does this just fine. Also like the graphs much better than PT...

Getting bodog stats in manually is no big deal for me. I usually play 2 events at a time, and just keep the manual entry window open for SND tracker (minimize the main program to the system tray). This way, I just fill in the last two blanks at the end of each tourney, right before I exit out of the table in Bodog. Only takes a couple of seconds as the manual entry window retains all the previous info except the place and winnings.

    Make sense?
