109 MTT Finaltable Hand- totally misplayed?

three days ago I played a 109 MTT on PartyPoker with 230 entrants and a 23K prizepool. I played tight, won some uncontested pots, made some nice preflop resteals and played uberaggro postflop.
Until finaltable there were just about 3-4 hands, which gone to showdown.

Here's my final (bustout) hand and I think I totally misplayed it.

I dont play MTTs and am not accustomed with the payout strcuture

Raise or fold pf. If the ep limper limps alot of hands raise. Otherwise fold.

Im guessing he had 99 or TT. I dont like the small raise on the flop, I would push or check.

i dont see why he would limp 99/TT there. big blinds final table very rare to see a limper. bad strategy. if he hasnt limped before i would probably give him credit for AA / KK and check call if he gives u some nice odds

I think the complete preflop is fine, I also push the flop. His insta-re-raise probably means he has a pair of jacks or a pair of tens to test you.
