    Default Heads-up strategy

Alright, so I've played 36 $10+1 SNG's so far and have done fair. My stats are below in my sig.

One problem: Out of the 15 times I've placed ITM, I've gotten 1st only 3 times, 2nd place 9 times, and 3rd place 3 times. So, when it gets down to heads-up poker, I've only won 25% of the time. In my defense, I'm usually not the chip leader when entering the heads-up matchup, but obviously I need to improve my game in that area so I am the chip leader for the final 2 people.

So, what can I do to improve my heads-up game?

play VERY liberally preflop, but be leery of calling big postflop bets unless you have something
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately

I did but only after seeing someone else get yelled at for not doing it first

    FAQ's are overrated!

Your ROI is not "fair," it is quite strong. If you can maintain that for the long run, I think that's supposed to be considered "crushing" the game at that level.

Hey guys, sorry about not checking the FAQ page. I thought I looked before and didn't see any HU info in there.

Anyways, I took the advice and just won a $10+1 SNG. Man I love getting first. I don't have my spreadsheet with me, but I believe I'm on a 5 or 6 game streak of finishing ITM. My new stats are in the sig below.
