    I might check behind on the turn then call a small bet on the river, unless another heart falls obviously in which case i'm reraising or value betting the river.

    His super small flop bet could mean a flush draw. I doubt he has any hand worth protecting, or he would have bet more. I think he could have Ax with the Qh or Jh, thats why i check behind on the turn.

    also I think you can check behind on turn, then bet the same 400 on the river, he might fold something like AxJh.
