i like the play but i'd almost rather see a flop with that many people to flop a set. if you hit there is a great chance you'll get doubled up with so many people in there. although its not a bad play to just pick up so many chips early with little chance of being called.

    They were suited!
I like protecting JJ from overcards, dead chips are better than none

weird. I like it, but it may be just because I hate min raises.

I like it in a $100 + $9 online buy in tournament. Lots of fold equity early on. These chips are yours for the taking against a table of solid opponents.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

yes, exactly it probably worked because most people there, if not all of them, know how to play the game so they probably expect you to have a monster..in the earlier buy ins people with AQ, or KQ may call you so I wouldnt make it..Dead chips are better than none

A min raise from the button after two limpers, then one of the limpers re-min raises? Do you suspect the limping/reraising villain has a hand here? What is he trying to accomplish by this min raise? I thought everyone at the 109's would be good :-/
