    Default Short and sweet

Just wondered howmany others would make this call. My image is manaic his is chip leader who has been tight but doesnt like my aggression either preflop or post flop.
6th hand HU ive folded all my hands apart from one where he folded to me and i had pocket 8s. Hes pushed all hands hes played HU.
    Thus call or not?

Why would you even consider this enough to make a poll? You have plenty of chips. The blinds aren't too bad. Any hand worth pushing at this point is a favorite to you. Fold.

I fold here. JTs is a hand I can push with, but unless im desperate (which you are not in this situation), I dont want to call a push with it.

You said the guy was tight. Do you really think he's pushing with a hand that makes JTs anything close to even money? The only hands you're even flipping with here are mid-pairs. More than likely you're way behind. Possibly even dominated. EASY fold.

I was about to answer, then I realized who was asking. Don't want to give away anything before our match

    lol
Jeffery, yes that is certainly the case but as mentioned he pushed pretty much 8 hands at me, so he had changed up the gears considerably. But i take your point.

I admit, I didn't read the second line of your post - just skimmed, saw that you said he was tight, and glanced at the hand history. That said, if he's pushing every hand, you KNOW you'll find a better spot. He's asking for you to take him out when you hit a good hand. So do as he asks.

Under the assumption that you and your opponent are playing a preflop push-fold game aiming to maximise chip EV you should call. Your equity against the correct range of pushing hands for your opponent under these assumptions is about 49.2%, so taking your BB into account calling is slightly +EV (the hand which has the closest equity to JTs in this spot is A2o, which has about 49.3% equity against correct range of pushing hands).
Of course the assumptions do not necessarily model the situation well etc etc.

If the guy has pushed all his hands HU im looking for a better than average hand to take him on (how much better depends on the blinds).

I push with this - but now way am I calling.

Easyeasyeasy fold. Wait for something better to call with.
