Heck, somebody could have called with KJ here. With two face cards and the possibilities of straights and flushes out there, this is a fold.
I think it's an easy push after looking the hand more carefully. honest and dirty are both very short stacked, one is already all in on the flop, probably on a flush draw or maybe TP. The other probably folds behind you. It's a 2 flush board and a 3-straight board. If somebody has QT and they put in a sizeable portion of their stack on that preflop, pay it off, reload, and take their stack. Same with KJ.. and you have a lot of outs left.. any 9 or ace, running hearts, or a paired turn+river (non J or K). Qh Jh isn't really too much of a concern.. a push is still +EV.
I'm not a big supporter of playing for stacks with 1 pair type hands.. but I think this situation warrants it. Most likely scenario IMO is Cape has AK and dirty has a flush draw.
