    Default couple questions from 5.50

5 + .50 on Pokerstars. First question: If you know that someone will call an AI with a flush draw when you have say top 2 pair, do you push even if they have you covered? Later with higher blinds I would do it in a heartbeat, but early on in a tournament I dont like it and was wondering how others felt.
Second question: I am now shortstacked due to certain circumstances (a few leaks, a bad river that didnt cost me as much as it could, rising blinds, etc). I pushed QQ, next hand pushed AA, then am dealt 66. The QQ I had reraised a shorter shortstacks push and lost, the AA I was called by a J9 suited and won, so I had shown down both hands. The blinds are 75/150, and the calling station has folded already. I am CO with about 1250 in chips. There is a medium stack directly to my left, and another shortstack just beyond him in the SB, and I am not worried about the BB (supertight). I have the shortstack covered by about 500. Was it a good move to push the 66? I felt that by showing down my previous two preflop AI's, both of which were good, I might be more likely to get a fold. I had previously stolen from the shorty in the blinds, so he wasnt gonna call without a decent hand. Button hadnt really played much in the last little while. Did the previous two hands work against me, and not for me as I had thought? Are you more likely to call a third consecutive AI in this situation when the pusher has shown down high pockets both times thinking that they couldnt possibly have another hand? Sorry about rambling, trying to get enough context in there.

Question 1: If it's early, don't push. Just play fundamental poker and keep giving them bad odds. No need to get crazy. Later... push.

Question 2: No... it's not a good move. A standard raise here should fold the BB, and will essentially put the small stack all in. If the BB is only going to call you/push with better hands, then leave yourself some room to fold and let the Big stack cannibalize the shorty. The middle stack is the problem child on the button. What's your read? Will a standard raise to 3xBB fold him? He is the answer to your question. Don't worry about the prvious two all ins in regards to the big stack and SB. One will fold, and you should probably welcome the call from the shorty with 66.
