I don't think pushing is necessary w/10bb. Many players will fold heads up to a 3bb raise (they often have no better than Q high and are out of position) and push over only based on their own holdings. Find out if your opp. folds too much and go from there (if they do then there is no need to risk your whole stack to take the blinds). Getting the right read on your competition is more important than following a strict set of guidelines. That said, if it takes ai to get them out, then push any 2. If they are pushing every time you limp in, then limp the first 2 face cards or A/K high you get and call their push.
