What is super-aggressive or loose?

Default What is super-aggressive or loose?

I'd like to loosen up my hand requirements a little, and I realised that if I can ignore the people who enter most pots, I'll have a lot more hand options (I follow Harrington's method). There are a lot of people who limp into every pot, and a lot of people who raise constantly, especially on the bubble. For ignoring people, I thought the following numbers could be used (I have Poker Tracker, and it gives me some of these numbers).

Limpers: Ignore anyone who voluntarily puts money into 60%+ pots
Raisers: Ignore anyone who raises 30% + pots (actually, reraise them).

How do these numbers sound? I'd like to get a little more aggressive out there, but don't want to walk into any traps.

Limpers and habitual raisers present some problems. In my last SNG the big stack limped into every other pot and called a lot of raises, and he spoiled some of my steals because I would have to get through him to be successful. Limpers can have nearly anything and you never know if a flop hit them or not. The problem with the players who raise raise raise, they can wake up with a hand too. If you reraise them they might have the goods or not, and if you're wrong you're out of the tournament. I tend to stay away from the big stack without a hand. The fact is that they can bust you, and if you guess incorrectly then that's it. When you get a hand, though, drop the hammer.

I've got a better idea. How about playing either:

    A) more tables
    B) higher stakes
