    Default AK/AQ pre-flop against an all-in

Thoughts on what to do in situations like this? Call or fold when you would be short stacked (<10 BB) if you fold but likely to be flipping if you call? This is at the $5 PS level so they could be pushing with a wide range of hands. What to do?

On the AK hand the limp/re-raise usually screams AA or KK to me but SVT had been playing loose so I put him on a low-medium pocket pair. If I'm right, is it worth flipping in this situation?

definitely call in both. These are the coinflips you need to take in order to get a stack to win the tourny...

in both hands hero reevaluates the reasons as to why he is raising, and then decides the best way to go about achieving that goal.

You'll have to call in both. Given the pot odds, go for it. In the second one, I think you're probably beat (a limp-reraise is almost never a bluff). However, you're not doing very well, and you have to go for it.

In both of those cases, I actually would have gone all-in myself, rather than the 300 raises. Your M (stack/initial pot) is under 10 and you just don't have the maneuverability to play post-flop. Since you're putting in so much of your stack, and pretty much have to call an all-in reraise, you may as well go all-in yourself and steal the blinds.
