    Default JJ with bad turn

What do you do in this situation? Was my flop bet ok? Probably too early in sit n go to be betting my jacks but I gotta believe I was ahead preflop and postflop. No read. Too early.

If pickpockets snatch watches. What do peeping Toms do?

I'd push on the flop, but that's me.

EDIT: Keep in mind, I suck at poker.

Is that the right play here? Maybe this is a leak in my game?

i push the flop there too.

    heres why
What do u do when an ace comes on the turn?

u have more than 300 in the pot
and about 600-650 in ur stack.
u want those 300 chips and this is the perfect flop for ur cards.
Get those chips in there and take down the pot.
If A8 wants to play with u. Then ur happy u put all ur chips in while u were far far ahead.

Jacks are a vulnerable hand, way too many overcards in the deck that can screw you over. I usually bet more than the pot with a low flop, and since in this case your stack is pretty short after the preflop raise, might as well push it, and let the opponent make a tough decision.
Against that heinous background, my crimes were pale and meaningless. I was a relatively respectable citizen - a multiple felon, perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

Thanks for the feedback on this hand. Hopefully I can use it to fill a small leak in my game.

As it turned out I folded to the reraise which left me short but it was still early. I soon doubled up and eventually took second in the tourney.

Yeah with Jacks definitely force a tougher decision after the flop.
