Deja-Vu on PP

[WONDERBOY]

I've been on an extremely good roll lately on PP SNG ($10 and $5). I've finished ITM in 17 out of the last 26 tourneys (yet only 4 1st finishes which severely dimishes my ROI). It's worth noting I had a horrendous run just before this.

Anyway something strange just happened, I had AK on the second hand of the game then on level 2 got it again and then the very next hand picked up KQs. I thought I was seeing things when I saw the flops... I don't think I extracted as many chips as I could have on these so feel free to critique my play, I really have no reads on anyone at this point.

Has anything like this every happened to you?

No you're right it should still be in the tales of poker since that was my motivation for posting. Well that and the fact that I'd like to know if I played them wrong (other than a few hands I posted eons ago when I first signed up I've never had anyone look over my play before). Hands like AK and KQ I typically don't like to mess with since I seem to leave more SNG's on those hands than any other.

I think you played the 2nd hand pretty dangerously. I'd bet the flop and the turn and check behind when the flush comes on the river. It's always tempting to play slow to extract chips, but you'd be kicking yourself if he'd hit his club draw.
