    Nope.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

That one I may actually have called. Anyone who hit the flop would have bet the flop, any A would have raised preflop or bet the turn... way too fishy of a river bet. he obviously didn't have an A and the only thing you have to worry about is 44 or the like which probably would have bet somewhere.

why? People don't check and see if sb might bet a 2nd pair or nothing on the turn... or even river?

I think it is more useful to present the question as I have it above - i.e. a what would you do? Otherwise you get a whole bunch of guys who think you are god saying "damn, no way", or you get a bunch of guys who look at the results and say "hell ya."

As far as your question - yes I think I can call there. Any pocket pair should generally be raising preflop. A, 3 or 7 will probably bet the flop heads up either to take it or see where they are. K will generally bet the flop there as well too.

he has no reason to bet unless he can't beat Q high. I think it's a good play both ways, usually he wins this pot.

Any pair is beating Q high. but of course any pair would've bet before the river. Nice call, I'm not sure I personally have the cojones, but *nothing that beats you would bet like that on the river.

im going to trap you next time im at your table in a tourney soupie. but yeah im willing to make calls like this on the bubble if i think i have best.

soupie, were you cheking this down because you thought u had the best hand ? I would usually have bet if small blind had checked to me twice, with any two cards. if you had complete rags would u have made this move? I just don't see the point in not betting if you have been checked too twice. it's definitely a profitable move, i rarely get a call or a raise, and when i do it s an easy fold.

No, I cannot make that call but you can. I might not have had a chance though because I would have raised after he limped PF.
