Only good reasons to fold SB heads up:

1) ONCE, so that villian thinks it's OK to fold to you.
2) if when you limp, you are re-raise a bunch every time.

No way I fold 9To to a non-all-in raise either. Your Ms are still about 10 - play some poker. See some flops. check-raise. Be tricky. Slow-play medium pair.

I like, but like the others said, dont fold your SB with a hand likes 69s HU, unless you are sure you will be reraised. Complete and see a flop, and go from there. Take advantage of the fact that party sng players are mostly horrible post flop!
