** Insert usual "i am not a poker guru but here is my 2 cents" disclaimer here **
In the first hand, I like your flop bet, but not the call afterwards. The bet was strong, and you got a minimum raise. I think that indicates that he's trying to extact money from you with a monster, or is trying to get you off the pot cheaply. So either fold or re-raise here, possibly all-in. It's a nasty hand to bubble out with though, so I fold and wait for a better spot.
Second hand either fold or push all-in preflop. Calling is a badbad here unless you have a massive hand and want BOTH players to raise so you can then go allin to try and triple up!!!
I dont know which I would do (fold or allin) - I'd have to take a call in that situation. The facts are:
- you can only survive about 6 more hands, and each time your ability to recover and win dwindles
- Everyone is fairly shortstacked, and you can do real damage to people NOW
- If you steal those blinds you can get an effective 3 free hands
- But T6s is pretty shitty. An ace would be nice to make your last stand on.
If you have a bit of cash buy Harrington on Holdem and read it, I think it would really help you.
