First of all - edit this post so that you show what the river is. Then ask what you would do.

Also erase the results. I don't believe that you are not results oriented whenever you post them (if you want to share them - wait fo some repsonses and then post the results).

Lastly give us some reads and/or your thought process for making each bet and or call that you made. There is a lot in this hand that I think you did poorly, but I don't want to waste my time or yours by giving you my thoughts and then you justifying each play afterwards.

Instead, try to justify it first and then we'll go from there.

Oh - and I realize this post may sound aggressive, abrasive, rude, etc. Please don't take it that way. I'm glad you are posting lots of hands, I just think you and the rest of the forum readers might get more out of them if you add a little more info.

1) AQo is not a hand I want to call 1/4 of my chips into a pot with 2 others without being last to act and the action is over.

With your chipstack, this hand is push or fold... if the blinds just went up and I don't have a read, I may fold. If they are going up in less than 3-4 minutes or have a read, I push.

2) flop raise/call, ugh. It did not get rid of odds for a drawing player nor did it represent a hand.

3) min-raise bet on the turn, ugh. no way whatsoever to know where you are after that bet.

4) river check-behind, ugh. I don't know what I would do there because all of my chips would have been in the pot preflop if I played this hand...

I would actually fold pre-flop. You are not that short, and they are not that loose.
