I was hoping my continual stabs at pots would get me some calls here. Silly me :

You were lucky to get the first reraise. Check the turn and see if he'll lead out the river. You played this badly.
You also might want to take a few seconds to "think" about calling the reraise on the flop to make him think that you have to think about it.

Check the turn, and let him take the lead, or put out a very small bet and try to look "afraid." I lean towards letting him take the lead on the turn, and raising the river, if he neglects to take the lead.

Agreed with the above posts...if I flopped this hand, not only would no one bet, they would fold when they could just check for free, or they would push and then turn over pocket 9s. Pwned either way. I hate poker.

I think you give him a chance to lead the turn so you can reraise.

i never count on a minraiser to do much of anything.

get chips in when villian wants to get chips in, in general

I'm check calling until the river. Hopefully an ace or king will hit the turn or river and someone makes a big mistake.

I think the flop was fine, 5 way limped someone has a pair and flopped a boat. Odd that he ran from the scare Q card, maybe he bluff min-raised?S???

Turn is hard. I think a tiny min bet is in order. Easy to say after he folded to the value bet, tho
