Judging from the betting, I think you are behind on the flop. If we assume that one player has either a King or a pocket pair higher than 6's; and the other player has either a Jack or a pocket pair higher than 6's then you have less than a 9% chance of winning the hand. With the stacks at that depth, you could never recover enough on your rare win to make up for the loses on all the other hands.
Folding there is a good thing. In fact, I would tend to fold preflop against that raise with so many people left to act. A pair of 6's will likely need help to win in a multiway pot. You will only get that help 12% of the time on the flop. that means that 7 out of 8 times you lose your 55 chips for a total lose of 385 chips. The one time out of 8 that you hit, you will need to win 385 chips to make playing them EV neutral. Most people like to play low pocket pairs in late position against several limpers so you have good odds. Calling a 3xBB raise from an EP raiser when you, yourself, are also in early position is a dicey proposition. If a late position player re-raises what would you do?
