Hand 1: I don't like the minbet, but I think the important thing to realize is that you shouldn't pull moves like these unless you have a solid read on the guy that he can be moved off a hand when shown a lot of strength. At lower limits, showing weakness does not equate to folding. I like your analysis of the hand and what not, and if I were the villian in hand 1, I wouldn't have even seen the turn, but I think you should save your energy and concentrate on just playing a solid TAGG game.

Hand 2: Aside from the raise preflop I think you played the hand okay, although I don't really think your line makes much sense. What hand bets out the flop, checks behind on the turn, then fires a healthy bet on a seemingly harmless river card? I think AK/AA/KK, even QQ/JJ definitely bets this turn. Only hand you could have that makes some sense is QJ, but unlikely from villian's point of view. So I think if you really wanted to represent the board, you HAVE to bet the turn to make it believable. Again though, why are you raising preflop and firing at the river? Do you have a read that the table/Canesfan is tight? If the answer is yes, then nice hand, otherwise save your energy and money and fire up more tables.
