Blinds make up a significant portion of the stack and you flopped top pair. You definitely aren't slowplaying with the threat of two overcards and a mid-range kicker. You certainly aren't folding it. Just push it all in the middle. Flops like these make me very happy at this stage in a tourney.

You're not only in there with the best hand, you're there with a dominating hand. It doesn't get any better (almost).
His turn hit is just a bad beat. Be happy you get those, that means you're playing the right hands and in the long term you'll do well.
