Something that really helps me when i play heads up is to look at my hands and realise that: on the whole, my opponent is getting equally shite cards

I wouldnt beat myself up about that HH too much. If he hadn't rivered a 3 on hand 56 you'd have won. Some of the early play is too passive, but you get it all in with the best of it and the cards fall for him.

Try not to let opp see a flop for free. Ever.

In heads up there is a metaphorical "Boot". For most of that game he had the boot and was repeatedly kicking you in the arse. You need to take that boot and be the kicker, not the kickee. (or just foldfoldfoldfoldfold BANG foldfoldfoldfold BANG... but you need to get the cards to bang with)
