Put him to a decision for all of his chips on the flop.

I raise it up to $20-$25 and then curse my luck on the turn.

    Definetely raise the flop.
The way it was played, on the river you can actually fold for $8 cause you beat exactly...zero hands.

From my experience I find that a minreraise of a standard 4-5xBB preflop raise usually isn't a monster hand, more likely AK, AQ or a mid pp. Anyway, I would pop it up to $20-22 preflop and push any non ace flop. Given villians short stack, I'll gladly pay off AA here. If the stacks were deeper (100BB or more) I would be more concerned about disguising the strength of my hand by possibly smooth calling preflop and looking to stack him on the flop. I think the river is a crying call.

    Yeah, pot-strike the sucker pre-flop.

You still need to push Ax flops after putting in over $20 into the pot pre-flop.

What a wicked flop/turn for KK given that preflop action.

Villain is half stacked, I'd bump it to at least half of his stack preflop and push any flop.
