Dale: I don't take you for a player that really wants to lose his stack out of position with JJ to any crappy K here. I think you take Rondavu's advice and wait for a better spot.

I like the bet out on the flop ($4 into a ~$6 pot or about 2/3), but that turn bet was pretty weak ($4 into ~$15). He might have even had junk/draw and taken your bet for weakness. After the smooth call on the flop you should probably try to check down if possible.
