Default Draw with two other players

I can't help thinking that I played this not aggressively enough. I had an OESD on the flop, and everyone else was being really passive. If I was against one opponent, I might check-raise here or lead out. Is this the way to play draws? (I know the pre-flop call is a little loose, but I had good odds there)

    Wastin' away again in margaritaville....
I always discount my outs when 2 of them will bring the flush and I am not drawing to the nuts...
