Your M is actually 10, well, precisely 10.4. If you fold to the small stack, your M will be 9. Here, a read on the small stack would help, but in the lack of one let's see the odds.
there are 325 chips in the pot + his raise of 475 makes for a pot of 800 chips and you have to call 475. That gives you 1.68/1 pot odds. Unless he has a higher pair, you're either a 5-1 or 5-2 favourite, or it's a coinflip if he has AK, etc. Seeing as he IS a short stack, I'd rule out AA/KK/QQ as he'd like to see the other limper complete as well so he can have as much money in the pot as possible, not scare him AND possibly you out of the pot. So I'd say we have just JJ/TT to worry about, and there's a very small statistical chance he has those.
So, unless it's a coinflip you are a favourite, and if it IS a coinflip you have almost 1.7/1 pot odds. Also, winning this pot will get your M up to over 18, putting you well in the Orange zone, giving you some much needed breathing space.
