Default Raise with a/q late sng blinds 75/150 or just see flop

OK im in bb 2 limpers, my stack is now about 1200 with the blind being in im dealt a/q i just check and see flop. Flop is a/10/x. IM first to act bet about 350 , turn is a q i check to the only caller he bets 500 i push all in he shows j/k. Obviously an idiot for callin the post flop bet witih jk but its a 5.50 sng.
Im thinkin i shoulda just pushed?

Now preflop should i have made a decent raise with this hand, this is a turb o blinds were at 75/150 and my stack was 1200 in the bb.

Push preflop. If you take down the pot preflop, that's fine, the pot is nearly 1/2 of your stack already.

Given that you didn't push preflop, push that flop.

Yeah. Perfect time and perfect hand for the BB push. Taking down two limpers and the SB is a great result with AQo and blinds 1/8 your stack.

Looks like you're starting with the best hand, a pot raise would be 525, almost 1/2 your stack. I push whenever a pot raise is over 1/3 of my stack, so in this case it would be a push. Mini-raising is a weak play and I'll usually only do this when I'm trapping with AA.

The looser the table, the faster you play with good hands preflop, and made hands postflop, because you get a lot of bad calls. Hit the flop hard and bet hard. Fold equity is bad at low buy ins, so don't bluff/semi bluff as much.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?

I whollop it all in here too. Your stack denotes push/fold mode, and this fits the bill for 'push'.

Automatic push pre flop not least because you want to show strength on your blind to try and stop people stealing. If you get called you will almost certainly be ahead pre flop.
