What do you do if the players aren't known to be passive? Does betting 1/2 to 2/3 of the pot allow someone a chance to come over the top with any two cards, or maybe even cold call and then come over the top on the turn if you decide to bet again? What's the best way to make sure someone doesn't have a 7 in this case?
