I would really like some feedback here. I'm not a sng/tournament player so feel free to rip my play apart. I know I played passive and it was because the $2,000 first prize to me is a lot of money. I tried not to think about the money but it definately influenced my play. Here is the hand history with the folded hands taken out. I also commented on some of the hands. Any and all comments welcome. I placed 5th. I got $200 which is not bad for a $6 investment. I started at step one. Here is how my journey went (all played today). Its only 19 hands. Depending on the player I push this preflop.
I think iv seen IC2URSoul Play (no not at the 11s or 22s), his name looks realyl damn familiar, for wat its worth, I think he wouldve pushed an A from the SB since he has a baby stack compared to the blinds. Furthremore, i woudlnt be surprised of the A scares him. The hand is played very wierdly for someone who has 5xBB.

I play 25NL. $200 is like 1/3 of my BR. Thats a nice little boost. I don't play sng's. I wasn't running well in the ring so I tried something different. This isn't something I'll play more of. I don't make $200/day playing 25nl so they money means something to me. Sure I would have liked to win and I would have played for the win had I more chips. Since I was short stacked I was trying to get in the money.

Whenever ur thought process is "hm there are baby stacks i should see fi they get knocked out isntead of gambooling here" u arent playing optimally.

Now obviously u must always think about the baby stack and modify ur play, but to change ur agression and limit ur agression is somehting that the 430 regulars know will happen to anyone who plays their way up. THey are able to take advantage of this.
