Some history between villian and I. Earlier with blinds at 100/200, he raised mybig blind to 800, I pushed for 5000 more with K-7 o/s, and he called half his stack with K-3 o/s. He then promptly tilted, and got back to 20k by sucking out twice in a row. Since then he's played his normal style, kind of aggressive. I've also been reraised a lot so far by the big stacks preflop, and ended up folding each time. This is the first actual flop I've played with him.

Any comments, suggestions? I'm trying to transition more from sngs to MTTs, and would like a lot of criticism (good or bad).

    First: don't post the results

Second: you always need to be wary playing top pair no kicker. If you can't /read/ trouble in that check raise, then feel free to keep swinging your johnson around to see who's is bigger. I don't think I find a push there.
    If I had a hammer
    I'd drop in the morning
    I'd drop in the evening..

    Default stack size

why push with tp weak kicker esp vs a bigger stack? He can afford to call you hes got you out chipped by 2-1.

seems like you got sucked into a hand by being in the BB you wouldnt have played in any other position and got burned.

Don't bust from a tournament with just a pair.

Check it down. I would fold with a weak kicker to a check raise and still feel warm and fuzzy about.
