    Hmmm. Maybe bet out 1/2ish at this? Two reasons. One, you likely have this won, so that would serve as a good value bet if the other two have two pair/set. OTOH, if you're beat, a decent-sized bet might serve to set the price if you're facing, say, a low flush. I might be completely off with this analysis, though...

    Fold preflop.

    But since you somehow made it to the river, bet it out for about 600 chips (2/3 pot).

    Yeah fold preflop, pocket 4s aren't worth that big of a raise.
