    Default Is this weak tight?

woltas was six-tabling. The cold call sealed it for me. Is this correct?

Yeah forget this. It's tempting, but best to lay it down.

I think you made the right move. You are up against a re-raise and a call to the re-raise. The range of hands out there includes several mid level pairs that could be higher than yours, not to mention set possibilities.

Don't forget that your goal with a hand like pocket 6's is to flop the set, especially this early in the tourney.

    Good Laydown

woltas turned out to be a fairly sketchy player, but I still think this was the right move. I haven't been playing much lately, and I wanted to make sure I hadn't lost my balls or something.

What do you guys do if there's no cold call in late position? I'm thinking it's still a fold, but the straight draw makes it tempting.

Unless you have a read on him lay it down. He has told you that he has a hand and you have no reason to not believe him. His bets make perfect sense if he has any pocket pair from 7's to 9's or 10's, all of which have you beat
