pot the flop, push the turn.

500 on the flop (push all-in over any re-raises), all-in on any turn.

Or you could just push the flop, there's a considerable amount in there already.

    No hindsight for the blind.
I raise more preflop and push the flop.

Too passive. I raise to 200 pre-flop and bet the pot on the flop. Being up against 4 opponents is really bad news for AA. As played, as previous posters have already said, I raise the flop to 500.

Let me guess, this is a $5-10 PS SnG? In that case, first hand you might even consider pushing PF. With four callers there may well be some donk that calls you, 80%+ chance you double up.

My guess is that UTG+2 or MP1 have KQ/QT or some spade draw, no way they both check the river if they have a J. Pocket 2s or 4s also a possibility I think.

With that many limpers. I may just push this preflop.

This looks like it is low stakes you will get callers.

I would reraise the flop pot sized and push the turn.

With so many people seeing the flop, you cant let them see more cards for cheap, there are possible draws and at least one if not two paired a card, dont let them get the 2nd pair for cheap

Definately raise the flop, you need to know where you stand, being cautious against trips on a AI bet after that.(Probably pay it off though).Plus make the flush drawers pay dearly for the chasing.

    So simple, yet so effective.

Are you often worried when someone bets out weakly into you like UTG+2 did? Without a read, I wouldn't be - there are plenty of people who will bet their flush draws and weak pairs out like this, that you *need* to raise them. If this is a $5 or $10 SnG, I call any push on the flop.

As for preflop I like a push after that many callers, but I like a bigger raise better - like 250-300. The general guideline of 2.5-3 x BB + 1BB/caller only starts applying when you have gotten rid of most of the super-loose, schooling fishies at the table and/or the BB is getting to 50 or 100. The first level calls for bigger raises, and even moreso the first hand. Donks love playing the first hand of an SnG.

With all of the donks playing these days if I get in a hand early I play it ultra aggressively to take as much of their money as they will let me.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.
