when it gets to the turn, don't lead out - go to check/fold mode and hope opp gives you 4-1 odds to see the river. (That's the odds you will hit your flush outs). That means check the turn and if he bets more than 100, fold. Your overcards are no longer outs with 4 to a straight on the board. (He in fact did make his straight on the turn....)
I also suggest you make a bigger bet on the flop, with the nut flush draw and two overcards - perhaps 3/4 pot - say 150. A 50 bet into a 195 pot will rarely get another draw to fold... If you get called, go to check/fold mode. JT is a popular hand to play, and opp could have already made his straight.
That said, you were going to have a real hard time getting this opp to fold anyway, with the straight draw on the flop and the made straight with a flush draw on the turn. If you had checked the turn, he probably would have made it more than 100 and you could have folded there.... saved 415 chips.
