How to play JJ/KQ/AK/AQ?

Im having problems with dropping JJ/AK/QA/KQ when I'm beat, I waste too much chips. How do you play them? How to play them in the early, midle and late stages?. I currently play 16$ turbos, where there is somewhat a lot of action preflop. So I just drop them from early position, except JJ. Wasn't there someone that once wrote a AK guide?

I assume you're talking about early on, because when the blinds are big I'm going all-in with all of these hands.

Just folding AK from early position is terrible. You can go ahead and fold AQ from early position if it's giving you problems, but raise it if you're in middle position or later and it's folded to you. I fold KQ preflop most of the time early in a 16 Turbo, it's not that good of a hand.

Post some hand histories, how are you losing money with these hands? Are you continuation betting into 3 or 4 way pots when you miss the flop? Or are you calling decent-sized bets on the flop even when you miss? You don't need to get tricky with these hands, you should be making a lot of money on them because morons with top pair, weak kicker will double you up.
