well, since any cont bet commits you, and your remaining stack is less than the pot, there's not a lot else you can do. You could check/fold, or throw out 100 to see where you stand, but a min bet is asking for trouble. Thats just a shitty flop for a short stack w KK.

Pushing preflop sucks cuz you do want action with KK.....

I'd play it the same and when he shows me his ace - nh, gg.

    btw - nice turn card....

I think I would push it preflop, especially if your opp is/are smart and you have been playing smart. To me a nondonk short stack that bets 1/3 of his chips preflop is more of a red flag than an allin. After the flop I'd play it the same as you.

I agree with this. It depends on your read, as much as I hate to constantly say that. If you think this table is loose enough to call you, get all your chips in. If not, there's nothing wrong with this play I think.

I certainly wouldn't fold because there's too great a chance that you're still ahead, but I think there are other lines that get more value out of hands like 88 or 99. I would check the flop and try to induce a bluff (and if he goes all-in, I would call). If checks behind, I'd go all-in on the turn. I think my line allows me to get called by hands that I have crushed, but yours only gets you called when you're ahead. On that flop I'm not worried about giving people free cards.

Same as who, Fnord? How I played it, or push as suggested? You're the most cryptic poster in FTR...sometimes I think I need a decoder ring

I'm pretty sure Fnord means that he plays it the same as you, Warpe.
