I raised it up since I figured I likely had the best hand, thus I wanted to chase out any draws (including someone with a hand like 8x looking for a cheap 2 pair on the turn).
On the turn, I like a check behind.. I think this would be a great time to induce a river bluff now that you are heads up.
I thought about that, but I figured I was still best, and would rather check behind on the river. In my limited experience, checking behind on the turn and giving a free card to the SB's rather large range of hands here isn't such a good idea.
