True, very true. I think if you're right on the bubble, and if your M can only scratch the surface of 10 and each blind increase nearly obsoletes your stack, it could be a good idea to wait until ITM unless a golden opportunity comes.
Keep in mind that your FE goes WAYYY down once ITM, so you all but take yourself out of the running for the final table. If there's absolutely no way you think you can maneuver out of the red zone, just call it a day.
As for both of these hands, they're pretty close but I would fold both. I quickly fold the 66, and think for 2 seconds before folding the 94.
