This thread so entitled because these hands were torturing him like sadistic Romans. Both of these hands are from other threads.

I thought these hands were in the Super Monday with bigger payoff, not at $10 R&A ... hence the 4th option. Anathema and Blasphemy it may be, some times that FT is far, far away. Plus you can still open push everything once you make your buy-in back.

For a number cruncher... at some calling range these two hands/situations must be precisely equal in cEV. What is that range? Does that make the poll easier?

The cEV == $EV (proportionately) since they are only 15 hands apart or so.

I'm in favor, in retrospect, of waiting and pushing with a WIDE range once I'm ITM. Lack of chips/FE makes either push too marginal to outweigh the potential to double my buyin (at best in either situation, I'm 50% [including FE] to double up and 50% to bust...but doubling up doesn't really do much to increase my chances of making significant money, so I'd rather have these numbers more in my favor).

An added aspect is that the guy to my right is playing <5% of his hands, even from the blinds. So I can probably steal from him when I'm BB at least once or twice.

True, very true. I think if you're right on the bubble, and if your M can only scratch the surface of 10 and each blind increase nearly obsoletes your stack, it could be a good idea to wait until ITM unless a golden opportunity comes.

Keep in mind that your FE goes WAYYY down once ITM, so you all but take yourself out of the running for the final table. If there's absolutely no way you think you can maneuver out of the red zone, just call it a day.

As for both of these hands, they're pretty close but I would fold both. I quickly fold the 66, and think for 2 seconds before folding the 94.

I thought I put "fold into the money" as option 4... I will edit

Or not, since I can't figure out how to edit polls. In anycase... it should be:

"Fold ITM taking maximum time off the clock every hand". Make friends and influence people.

The delay game is pointless in hand-for-hand play. I suppose I could play it 'til we reach that point, but somehow that seems far more spineless at Stars than at Party...

NEARLY pointless, I think. But technically, if there are 10 tables going (starting synched at hand-for-hand) and 2 people get knocked out (on different tables) doesn't the one knocked out 2nd make it ITM? Or is it starting stack size once we are Hand-for-Hand???

I'm pretty sure it's by stack size once hand-for-hand. Based on absolutely nothing.
